4 EASY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPES [Vegan + Quick]
These healthy overnight oats are perfect for meal prep for school or work! They are also dorm room friendly :) I make them on Sunday and eat them every day during the school week - usually I stick with one flavor for the week, but I wanted to show you guys some different ideas, in case you like more variety! - My 60+ Recipe Ebook ➢ http://bit.ly/FromMyBowlEbook - Get Affordable Organic Groceries and 20% off Your First THREE Thrive Market Orders: http://bit.ly/ThriveMktDeal BASE RECIPE = 1 cup oats (rolled or quick) 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (You can also use chia, but flax has more nutritional benefits) 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup nut milk of choice (I use almond) Sweetener of choice: 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp maple syrup, or 1 tbsp coconut sugar, etc... ***Mix dry ingredients, then add in the wet and stir well. Your oats are now ready to customize! 1. CHUNKY MONKEY OATS 1 Base Recipe, PLUS: 1/2 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa, carob) 1 tbsp chopped walnuts dash of vanilla extract 1/2 banana, chopped in pieces 1 tbsp water (so the oats don't get too thick) 2. PB AND JELLY OATS 1 Base Recipe, PLUS: 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (or regular PB) 1-2 TBSP of your favorite jam 1 tbsp water (so the oats don't get too thick) * I used a jam made only from fruit, but you can also make your own chia jam with this recipe here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnDMg-UGlwk 3. CINNAMON RAISIN OATS 1 Base Recipe, PLUS: 1/2 tsp cinnamon dash of vanilla extract 2 tbsp raisins (or any dried fruit of your choice) 4. GREEN GODDESS OATS * Note: these oats are definitely amazing for you, but you can taste the greens powder!
