Soak moong dal in water and keep aside for half an hour. 2. In a pan, heat oil. 3. Add cumin seeds, ginger, onion, tomato, mix vegetable, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, asafetida and cook for a few minutes. 4. Add moong dal, oats and water. 5. Cook until the oats are cooked well. Relish your healthy hot moong dal and oats khichdi with some curd!
