This is a very quick video showing you how to make oatmeal without milk. I have developed lactose intolerance and as such milk and its products give me really bad bloating. I usually consume most of my milk at breakfast when I have my oatmeal. Now, you can imagine how pissed I was with waking up with a flat stomach to have it then change, become bloated and remain that way for the rest of the day; not to mention the stomach growling that came with it. I decided to run a little experiment of weaning off milk and from this I realized that milk was not for me. The story doesn't begin here however. Because I suffered from the bloating, it kind of made me not see that I was really overweight. To some I might have not been but to myself I was. I just wasn't comfortable with what I was seeing. So I began my fitness journey. This of course meant that I needed to make some diet changes. So I started to consume a lot more complex carbs and a lot less simple ones; leading me to oatmeal. So this is where I am at now. Oatmeal is my go-to breakfast meal and the base of it is banana and water. I hope this video does for you what it did for me.
